About the Role

As an Account Executive for Uber Eats in Greece, you will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening our restaurant network across the country.

This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role where you'll identify, engage, and close partnerships with restaurants — from local favorites to top-tier brands — bringing them onto the Uber Eats platform.

You'll own your market, drive acquisition strategy, and directly influence how consumers experience food delivery in your city. This role is perfect for someone with a strong “Go Get It” mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build something meaningful at scale.

As part of our Uber Eats Greece team, you'll help shape how Greece eats.

What will you do?

Own and Grow Your Territory

  • Lead outbound prospecting campaigns (phone, email, field outreach) to acquire new restaurant partners.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring steady progress from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Identify high-potential restaurant segments and prioritize opportunities that drive the most impact.

Drive the Full Sales Lifecycle

  • Execute targeted sales campaigns together with Delivery Commercial Operations and your Sales Manager.
  • Run consultative sales conversations, understanding restaurant needs and presenting tailored value propositions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close strong partnerships with resilience and creativity.

Launch Partners for Long-Term Success

  • Guide new restaurant partners through onboarding and ensure a smooth and successful go-live.
  • Set clear expectations, share best practices, and position partners for strong early performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to maximize partner visibility and growth.

Act as the Voice of the Market

  • Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Share insights with internal stakeholders to improve processes and decision-making.
  • Balance strategic territory planning with detailed pipeline management.

What will you bring?

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and conversion in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and close deals.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and sales performance.
  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food delivery industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in competitive markets.
