About the Role
Looking to shape how the world moves? This role leads the Supply Acquisition and Operations team for Taiwan Mobility, directly impacting how thousands of drivers earn every week.
You will drive driver growth by leading a high-performing sales team and securing strategic partnerships that strengthen our mobility ecosystem.
From identifying new growth channels to removing funnel friction, improving conversion, and optimizing onboarding—you will own and scale the end-to-end acquisition strategy.
Your Impact in Role
- Sales Leadership – Lead and develop a nationwide sales team, removing blockers and driving performance against ambitious driver growth targets.
- Partnership Development – Source and secure strategic fleet partnerships critical to scaling supply.
- Strategic Planning – Help define the direction and priorities of Taiwan’s supply acquisition strategy.
- Growth Acceleration – Design and execute initiatives across operations to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Project Management – Drive cross-functional collaboration with local, regional, and global teams to deliver impact.
What You Will Need
- Extensive experience in management consulting, sales, business development, or strategic operations in fast-paced environments. People management experience preferred.
- People Leadership – Proven ability to lead teams, translate strategy into execution, and deliver results.
- Structured Problem Solving – Ability to break down ambiguous problems and solve them using data-driven and qualitative insights.
- Collaboration & Communication – Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and execute across functions under tight timelines.
- Business Acumen – Naturally curious, with strong instincts for how businesses operate and grow; motivated to scale Uber’s model locally.
- Operational Excellence – Experience building, optimizing, and scaling end-to-end processes.
- Advanced business fluency in English and native/fluency in Mandarin.
- Business Operations – Strong understanding of how sales performance ties to broader business strategy, with the ability to support the design and optimization of sales incentive structures is preferred.
