Senior Account Manager, Uber Eats, Paris
About the Role
Uber Eats’ path to success originates from a strong local presence, deeply involving our restaurants and couriers in this journey. The Account Managers embody this strategy by driving the development of specific cities and areas, with a focus on top restaurants.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a high-value portfolio and play a key role in driving business performance within your territory. This role requires a strong combination of operational excellence, advanced analytical skills, strong commercial drive, and exceptional relationship management.
You will be responsible not only for managing and growing your portfolio, but also for actively selling Uber Eats’ growth levers (ads, promotions, pricing strategy, subscriptions, new features..) to expand your partners’ delivery business.
You will act as a key stakeholder internally and externally, ensuring strong alignment across teams and senior partners. In addition to managing your portfolio, you will contribute to team initiatives, act as a coach for other team members, and support the Team Lead in elevating team performance.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
- Drive business performance in your assigned territory and fully own a strategic portfolio of top restaurant partners, with clear revenue and growth accountability.
- Build the best restaurant offering by identifying new partnership opportunities, leading complex negotiations, selling Uber Eats’ growth levers, optimizing operational performance, and resolving or escalating complex issues impacting partners.
- Champion deep relationships with top restaurant partners, identifying and acting on opportunities while selling growth levers to expand their delivery business.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Strategy, etc.) to unlock growth opportunities and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Act as a force of proposal within the team by identifying improvement areas, launching initiatives, and contributing to best practice sharing.
- Act as a coach for other Account Managers while supporting the Team Lead in structuring priorities, elevating execution standards, and strengthening overall team performance.
- Develop deep restaurant industry understanding and strong on-the-ground knowledge of your city, acting as an ambassador of Uber Eats’ mission, brand, and product to both internal and external stakeholders.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Account Management in a fast-paced environments at scale
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior external partners and cross-functional internal teams.
- Strong analytical mindset: highly comfortable working with data, running advanced analyses, and translating insights into actionable and strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, including with senior and data driven decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Dynamic energy and strong sales drive.
- Strong problem-solving mindset: identifies complex challenges quickly and thinks creatively to find effective and scalable solutions.
- Highly autonomous and proactive, capable of driving impact with limited oversight
- Excellent command of French, including in technical or business contexts.

- Strong motivation and genuine passion for the restaurant industry — eager to collaborate with top partners and build a business together.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members.
- Ability to extract insights from reports and support data-driven decision-making, preferably with SQL
