Regional Operations, Operations
in Sydney, Australia

#GreatMindsDon’tThinkAlike At Uber, we take pride in our diversity and working environment that sees you as more than just a person that can do the job, but a unique individual that can level up our organisation with a perspective only you can offer. Uber provides a truly open culture that encourages all to voice their thoughts.

About the Team

Uber Eats is one of the most dynamic, competitive, and rapidly evolving businesses in APAC, and restaurant acquisition is its commercial engine. With operations across Japan, Taiwan, South Asia, ANZ, and Sri Lanka, the APAC Acquisition team is responsible for scaling Uber Eats’ restaurant footprint while navigating highly diverse market structures, workforces, and sales maturity.

As we enter the next phase of growth, our ability to execute strategy with consistency, clarity, and precision has become a defining advantage. The newly formed GTM team plays a critical role in achieving this by ensuring every market can translate strategy into scalable, measurable outcomes. This team will shape how we grow, not just what we do.

About the Role

As a Strategy Manager, you will help design and deliver the key go-to-market programmes that drive Uber Eats’ growth across APAC. You will work closely with the Regional GTM Lead and cross-functional partners to develop, implement, and refine strategic initiatives.

This role is highly cross-functional, ensuring programmes land consistently across markets, remain locally relevant, and are operationally sound. You will play a crucial role in turning strategic direction into structured execution, enabling our frontline teams to perform at their best.

Your impact in role

  • Translate strategy into action | Convert regional priorities into scalable, market-ready GTM programmes that deliver commercial impact.
  • Lead coordination & delivery | Manage cross-functional alignment and execution of key GTM initiatives across diverse markets.
  • Design workforce models | Shape and manage the regional operating workforce model to match growth ambition.
  • Monitor & improve performance | Track market execution, identify gaps, and recommend targeted improvements.
  • Support planning & prioritisation | Partner with the Regional GTM Lead and senior stakeholders to refine the GTM roadmap, guide resource allocation, and embed governance.

The experience you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, programme management, GTM, or business operations.
  • Experience working across functions or markets, ideally in a matrixed or regional environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Passion for turning strategy into structured, repeatable execution.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in high-growth or sales-led organisations.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, field enablement, or sales programme rollout.
  • Comfort using Salesforce, Tableau, or similar tools.
