What You'll Do
As a Manager, you will tackle high-stakes projects that directly influence our operational viability and market growth. Your key responsibilities include:
- Impact Analysis: Partner with Legal and Policy teams to translate pending legislation into operational risk assessments.
- Strategic Financial Management: Help define the long-term strategy to optimize how we manage regulatory funds.
- Risk Mitigation: Help define and execute the Compliance and Impound Mitigation Strategy to minimize operational disruptions and financial loss.
- Growth Partnerships: Collaborate closely with the Driver Access team to optimize funnel requirements, ensuring seamless compliance without impeding supply growth.
- Stakeholder Influence: Serve as a bridge between legal requirements and business operations, translating complex mandates into actionable business plans.
What You'll Need
- Project Management: Proven track record of leading complex, multi-layered initiatives from conception to execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to influence senior leadership and navigate cross-functional interests (Legal, Ops, Finance, and Public Policy).
- Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in English.
- Data Analytics: Solid foundation in SQL to pull data and inform decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in Python or R.
- Regulatory Expertise: Experience managing compliance frameworks within a high-growth tech or marketplace environment.
- Experience in the mobility or gig-economy sector.
