Manager, Sales Operations - AI Integration & Analytics
About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our team supporting the commercial operations team for Uber Direct as the Manager, Sales Operations - AI Integration & Analytics The ideal candidate is passionate about designing and building creative solutions to our most complex problems.
This role is responsible for owning and optimizing the end-to-end Direct sales funnel, leveraging automation and AI, ensuring strong process governance, best-in-class sales tooling, and high data integrity across the commercial lifecycle.
This individual will operate at the intersection of sales process design, automation, pipeline governance, and analytics-driven performance management. They will act as the operational backbone of the Direct sales organization—ensuring the sales team is enabled with scalable processes, clean data, and actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
This role requires deep understanding of the full sales funnel, strong Salesforce fluency, and a rigorous analytical framework to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize investments.
What You’ll Do:
- Build AI‑first automations across the full customer journey to eliminate manual work in prospecting, deal execution, customer onboarding, customer adoption and renewals
- Own CRM data integrity, including custom objects and integrations, pipeline hygiene, attribution and reporting accuracy, and integration with marketing, product, and analytics systems
- Systematize and automate GTM workflows by designing and implementing scalable processes for enrichment, scoring, routing and outreach across the customer journey
- Build dashboards and analytics tools that provide funnel visibility from lead to revenue, conversion, velocity, drop-off insights, and feedback loops for continuous GTM optimization
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance to translate GTM strategy into automated systems, rapidly test and iterate on GTM experiments, and scale what works while eliminating manual or low-leverage processes
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM or Revenue Operations with a strong technical orientation and experience building automation, internal tools, or integrations
- Proficiency in SQL
- Comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and workflows; experience building AI agents or workflow orchestration systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages (for agents, automation scripts, data processing)
- Experience with or strong interest in AI / LLM-based systems
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as CRMs, marketing platforms, analytics, or finance systems (exact stack matters less than mindset)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, forecasting, or analytics
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and GTM motions
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Background in growth engineering or marketplace platforms
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise GTM environments
- Comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
