Consumer Growth Manager, Partnerships

The United Kingdom & Ireland ("UKI") Consumer and Membership Operations team develops and executes our customer growth, engagement and loyalty strategy. Your work in this team could involve building a strategy for targeting high value customers, to discovering the best way to increase consumer engagement through our membership program.

We are looking for a strategic and creative operator to lead our local partnership efforts in the UK for Uber Eats. This role focuses on sourcing, creating and executing impactful consumer-facing partnerships to drive both Consumer and Uber One Membership growth. This isn’t about cutting and pasting from a playbook, it’s about writing the playbook. For a self-starter that possesses executional and analytical excellence, strategic thinking and a desire to lead projects from beginning to end with internal and external stakeholders, this is the role for you.

---- What You'll Do ----

  1. Design and launch a bold local partnerships strategy that drives both Consumer and Membership Growth — identifying high-impact opportunities across diverse sectors to fuel our expansion.

  2. Own the full partnership lifecycle — from setting budgets and building business cases, to running experiments, leading seamless executions, and optimising for performance.

  3. Evaluate and evolve our current partner landscape, identifying opportunities to consolidate or scale up for greater efficiency and impact.

  4. Take full ownership of key partnerships, managing them end-to-end and nurturing strong, long-term relationships that deliver sustained value.

  5. Collaborate across the business — working closely with teams like Business Development, Marketing, CRM, Product, Finance and Comms — to align on strategy and deliver flawless execution.

  6. Be the go-to expert for partnership performance, sharing actionable insights, budget updates and key milestones with the UKI Delivery Leadership team to guide strategic decision-making.

  1. A strong analytical mindset: You have experience in developing and presenting business models and cases for high-value partnerships
  2. Project Management: Track record of owning end-to-end execution of programs, with a proven ability to handle and thrive in a fast-paced, cross functional environment
  3. Analytical skills: You can develop meaningful insights from data. You have experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization tools. You are proficient in Excel/Sheets and SQL
  4. Business acumen: You have demonstrated knowledge of industry trends, competition, and partnerships best practices that affect business success
  5. Problem solving: You are naturally curious and are motivated by solving problems, however complicated or ambiguous they may be
  6. Collaboration: You work well with other people, build relationships quickly and can handle engagement with multiple partners from different teams, internal and external
  7. A strong customer- centric attitude: You are always thinking about our customers and can pivot strategies when required based on customer insights

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

  1. Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance or equivalent.
  2. Proficiency in SQL.
  3. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a similar position, having managed stakeholders and demonstrated an ability to adapt to a fast-moving working environment. Experience working with Global brands is a plus.
  4. Experience with incentivized and engagement focused campaigns/partnerships
