As the Country Manager, Uber Eats, Sweden, you will lead one of Uber’s most dynamic and high-growth regions. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a compelling strategy to scale Uber Eats across Sweden, while aligning with global priorities while incorporating local market insights.
- Champion operational excellence, marketplace efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Managing P&L to drive sustainable growth and efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead the expansion into new cities and regions, unlocking opportunities to connect communities with the Uber platform.
- Lead a diverse, high-performing team, fostering an inclusive culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
- Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including enterprise partners, policymakers, and local communities.
- Represent Uber Eats in media engagements and public events, serving as the face of our brand in Sweden.
What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of experience in strategic, operational, or leadership roles, with a demonstrated history of driving impactful outcomes.
- Experience managing large budgets and executing growth strategies in competitive markets.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
- Deep operational experience and ability to make data driven decisions
- Strong track record of leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Strong communicator with proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, particularly in dynamic and multicultural environments.
