Duties: Manage system enhancement and modification to meet business needs within the Oracle HCM Cloud. Provide expertise on Oracle HCM & Recruiting configurations and extensibility to advise the business and peers on the right technical solutions and recommend best practices to complement the overall approach. Understand the downstream impacts of these solutions and guide the business accordingly. Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses to evaluate new initiatives, products, risks, and opportunities, ensuring coverage of various phases like design, testing, and user enablement. Manage security administration, including process and security configuration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement process, system, and reporting improvements. Maintain strong documentation of system configurations and solutions in line with Uber standards. Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operational skills to evolve the application strategy based on research, data, and industry trends. Stay adaptable by learning new technologies to meet changing business needs. Work with global and remote teams and stakeholders. May telecommute.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in an Application Developer-related occupation.
Position requires:
- Oracle HCM implementation/configuration;
- JIRA/Lucidchart or other project management experience;
- HR Technology (HCM or Absence);
- Workday, SAP, UKG or PeopleSoft;
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
