Product Manager II, Electrification & Charging
About the Role
Uber’s Sustainability team is on a mission to accelerate the transition to a zero-emissions future. As a Product Manager II focused on Electrification and Charging, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of products that power Uber’s global EV ecosystem. We’re accelerating the switch to electric vehicles for drivers by addressing challenges with EV charging and EV adoption, expanding charging capabilities on the driver app, improving ride offerings like Uber Electric and more.
This is a global role working cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business stakeholders.

- Obsess over users’ needs and wants. Translate user insights into product requirements by distilling user problems, articulating hypotheses, and describing desired outcomes.
- Build charging experiences: Develop products that improve charging discovery, access, reliability, and cost transparency for EV drivers.
- Internalize and deeply understand Uber’s business objectives.
- Define a product vision via short, medium, and long-term initiatives.
- Clearly communicate insights, vision, plans, and results to a spectrum of audiences.
- Be incredibly truth-seeking. Heavily utilize data insights, market and customer research, and your product intuition to continually improve your products. Solicit & embrace critical feedback.
- Build and foster a strong team culture, focusing on execution & results.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years experience in Product Management
- Experience building consumer-facing products.
- Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders.
- Strong design instincts & product taste.
- Strong experimentation mindset with A/B testing and growth frameworks.
- An analytical mindset, with an ability to drive decisions using data.
- Strong communication skills.

- A proven track record of shipping needle-moving products.
- Technical expertise
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Experience building enterprise-facing products.
- Bias for action with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset; willing to take on responsibilities beyond a typical PM mandate
