SMB Account Manager, Uber Eats Japan
---- What You'll Do ----
- Manage 100+ named local SMB restaurant partners, while some of the accounts need to negotiate with the C-level, some need to start from finding the right POC to discuss the future OFD opportunity
- Track WoW rhythm of the business, and identified the hidden business signals
- Work with manager and the leadership team to build the future of the SMB Hero function in Japan, from helping shape our SMB Hero support function, to prioritizing key brands, supporting expansion into new markets, and applying efficient tiering methods to better allocate precious resources.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas
---- What You'll Need ----
- Native/Fluent Japanese and Business level English is a must have skill
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a high-growth company, with strong solution selling skills
- C-level communication/negotiation skills with some guidance from the leadership
- Understanding of SaaS products and marketplace ecosystem
- Energetic, has willingness to make the local society better
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
- If you have an extended network and prior experience in Japan’s restaurant industry are plus
- Project management experience with XFN stakeholders
