Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, Venues & Airports
About the Role The Operations Manager, Stations Marketplace Optimization, will negotiate and handle the partner management for all our Station deals, as well as analyze and define strategies to optimize the Stations marketplace in an extremely data-driven approach, being responsible for a variety of technical topics and stakeholder and partner management.
What You'll Do
- Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach to bring efficiencies and growth to our stations.
- Process Optimization: Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across the country, regularly reviewing performance for all stations.
- Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics to help figure out strategy and action plans. Develop and apply an understanding of the levers that move our business.
- Partner Creation: Assist cross-functional teams in negotiating new partnerships with Stations to increase our presence in high-traffic areas. This includes travel to potential partners and site visits to ensure continuity of partnerships.
- Partner Management: Manage all requests and discussions with our ongoing partnerships at stations. This includes running analyses on each station, attending to any questions partners may have, and growing the partnership if possible.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal to scope, test, and implement initiatives.
What You'll Need
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Consulting, Operations, Product, Product Operations.
- English proficiency.
- Advanced SQL.
- Data-driven decision mentality through strong analytical thinking.
- Communication: Able to discuss with and manage commercial partners clearly and collaboratively, while maintaining the confidentiality of key business metrics.
- Planning & Organization: Ability to create detailed project plans with project stages, milestones, basic interdependencies, and owners, as well as organizing and delivering multiple ad-hoc demands on time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Excel/Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills to keep records of all analyses performed and documents created.
