About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic communications professional to support employee communications for our global business, with a focus on B2B and Commercial teams. You will work with other internal communications colleagues to support strategic messaging, drive engagement, and keep employees informed. You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute on internal communications initiatives. The ideal candidate is an excellent hands-on operator who thrives on fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Support content production for All Hands and other Executive-led internal initiatives, translating technical and complex information into valuable insights for our teams.
  • Assist in the development of written materials, such as leadership communications, FAQs, talking points, and other essential documents.
  • Help develop internal initiatives and messaging to build our B2B and Commercial culture, inspiring employees to collaborate across teams, and celebrating big wins.
  • Support internal awareness campaigns that bring the "Voice of the Customer" to life, helping employees across the company understand what matters most for our earners, partners and consumers.
  • Manage dedicated Slack channels, newsletters, and intranet pages for Business units and Sales teams, ensuring a consistent and professional tone of voice and narrative.
  • Measure and report on internal communications initiatives to continuously improve impact and effectiveness of comms.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or B2B Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting internal communications for sales teams.

  • Experience working within the technology industry.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$132,000 per year - USD$147,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$132,000 per year - USD$147,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
