About the Role

Uber's Seller Tech team owns the end-to-end commercial platform that powers Uber's global revenue motion across every line of business and region. Our scope is product-to-cash across the full revenue lifecycle. The team is the connective tissue between Uber's growth objectives and the systems, workflows, and data that make them executable at scale, anchored on Salesforce and the broader commercial tech stack that connects to it.

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to own a multi-product domain within this scope and lead the PMs delivering against it. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy, system design, and cross-functional execution. You will own the "what" and "why" for major platform investments, translating ambiguous business goals into structured product strategy, well-scoped requirements, and a defensible roadmap.

You will manage a small team of PMs while staying close to the technical and architectural detail, partnering with engineering, operations, and adjacent teams to ensure platform decisions are durable, instrumented, and architecturally sound. This role suits a senior product leader with the vision to shape long-term direction, the judgment to operate in complex cross-functional environments, and the experience to lead a team of PMs.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a multi-product domain within the revenue lifecycle.
  • Manage and develop a team of PMs. Raise the bar on durable product ownership, KPI-driven decisions, and shipping outcomes that matter.
  • Build product strategy and roadmap that absorb the complexity of multi-LOB, multi-region sales motions without losing coherence or velocity.
  • Lead the design and integration of AI and agentic capabilities into the product surface, including Agentforce and AI-augmented seller workflows. Decide what gets built, what gets integrated, and how the agentic layer interlocks with the platform foundation.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and adjacent product teams to shape solutions, sequence dependencies, and ensure platform changes are scalable, instrumented, and aligned to long-term architecture.
  • Define and own KRs and KPIs. Drive measurement discipline so impact can be tied to data, not narrative.
  • Represent the roadmap in executive reviews, cross-team forums. Hold the boundary between product strategy and execution, between platform and adjacent systems.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience working at a Product Management, with meaningful time spent on enterprise tech products which Sales, Operations and/or Finance teams use daily.
  • 3+ years experience directly managing Product Managers.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Domain expertise in one or more of: lead-to-cash, account hierarchy and segmentation, CPQ/CLM, lead management, AM/CS tooling, merchant activation.
  • Track record of shipping enterprise CRM or commercial platform products to real users in production, not just leading transformation programs.
  • Experience designing or shipping AI and agentic features in enterprise products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep hands-on product experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom builds) and the integration points to adjacent revenue systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and drive complex product areas from strategy through execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, contested business problems and produce product roadmaps the org can actually execute against.
  • Experience operating inside marketplaces, multi-sided platforms, or other businesses where commercial systems have to flex across many seller motions and merchant types.
  • Strong instinct for where commercial products break at the seams (between systems, between teams, between regions) and the ability to design product solutions that hold up under those tensions.
  • Experience owning products that span multiple regions and lines of business, with the judgment to balance global consistency against legitimate regional variation.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering against a multi-product domain, including managing PMs, and shipping against measurable business outcomes.
