About the Role
Are you ready to shape the future of corporate mobility in one of Uber’s most critical global markets? As the Sales Manager for Enterprise New Business, you will lead a high-performing team of 8 seasoned Account Executives dedicated to winning "new logos" across Brazil.
This isn't just about hitting targets; it’s about strategic disruption. You will be responsible for the present and future growth of Uber for Business (U4B) in Brazil, engaging with Top Tier companies and redefining how the region’s largest organizations approach travel, logistics, and employee experience.

New Business Hunter: You thrive on the "thrill of the hunt" and have a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Effective Communicator: Fluent in Portuguese and English, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external executives.

What the Candidate Will Do
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach a team of 8 experienced Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence, high energy, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Growth: Own the "New Business" engine for the Enterprise segment in Brazil, ensuring a robust pipeline and consistent acquisition of premium brands.
- Innovation Catalyst: Position Uber for Business as a digital transformation partner, bringing innovative mobility and delivery solutions to the Latin American landscape.
- Executive Presence: Partner with C-suite stakeholders at Brazil’s largest corporations to negotiate complex, high-impact deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BDR, Implementation, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align our value proposition with the specific needs of the Brazilian market.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Deep experience in the Brazil Enterprise market.
- Proven ability to manage a team through complex, long-cycle sales processes.
- Min of 3 years of People Management experience in Sales or Account Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth tech environments.
- Strong analytical skills to forecast and track team performance metrics.
- A network of connections within the "Top Tier" enterprise segment in Brazil.
