Sr. Associate, Strategic Finance - Uber AI Solutions

This is a hybrid role and you must be located in, or willing to relocate to, New York or San Francisco for the position.

About the Role

Uber AI Solutions (UAIS) is an emerging business at the intersection of AI, enterprise, and Uber’s global platform. As a Senior Associate on Strategic Finance, you will help build the financial foundation of the business - owning forecasting, shaping growth strategy, and driving key decisions across Sales, Product, and Operations. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with direct impact on how the business scales.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve forecasting and planning processes, including pipeline-to-revenue modeling and monthly/quarterly outlooks
• Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, and Product to translate business activity into financial insights and drive decision-making
• Analyze performance, identify key drivers of variance, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership
• Support strategic initiatives including deal evaluation, pricing, and investment prioritization
• Help build scalable financial reporting, KPIs, and operating cadences for a growing business

Basic Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant subject
• 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build models from scratch and translate data into insights
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with business teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise / B2B or usage-based businesses with complex revenue models
• Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts and multi-period contract dynamics
• Experience working in ambiguous or early-stage environments, building processes and frameworks from the ground up
• SQL or experience working with large, complex datasets

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
