Rate of Pay:                 $113,000 to $138,000 per year

Duties:                         Design learning programs, build learning curriculum and catalog learning solutions. Develop interactive learning solutions through multiple delivery channels: synchronous and asynchronous, digital formats, hybrid and VILC. Develop visual and interactive video learning solutions using multiple tools. Support, develop, mentor, and evaluate Learning Design Specialists. Provide technical expertise to ensure successful program content, designs, and materials. Develop and implement measurement process to evaluate effectiveness of training by reviewing learner feedback and testing data to address gaps as needed. Leverage the capabilities of Google Suite, Articulate Rise, and Storyline, including multimedia to improve learner experience. Deploy strategy to convert existing learning materials from ILT to VILT, eLearning or Instructional videos. Review and evaluate existing programs to make recommendations for enhancements, revisions, and re-design. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Project Management, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires:

  1. Formal knowledge of instructional design and curriculum management;
  2. Experience working in an agile (SAM) and/or waterfall (ADDIE) design environment;
  3. Strong project management, organization skills and work independently to achieve design target timelines under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities;
  4. Leverage the capabilities of Google Suite, Articulate Rise and Storyline, including multimedia to improve the learners experience;
  5. Develop highly visual and interactive video learning solutions using multiple tools;
  6. Develop interactive and impactful learning solutions through multiple delivery channels: synchronous and asynchronous, Digital formats, Hybrid and VILC;
  7. Develop and implement a measurement process to evaluate the effectiveness of the training by reviewing learner feedback and testing data to address gaps as needed.
