About the Role

Advertising at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. As a Partner Manager for our Tech, Telco, & B2B verticals, you aren't just pushing a product; you are building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment where performance and client satisfaction are the only metrics that matter.

This role is high-stakes and grounded in the messy reality of doing big things at scale. You’ll lead with impact by connecting major brands to our global user base, but you’ll also face the challenge of shifting priorities, complex executions, and the need to make smart decisions with imperfect information. We are looking for someone with an owner mindset who is energized by the pressure of managing a campaign lifecycle from first kick-off to final reporting. If you thrive in a "go-get-it" environment where excellence is the norm and you're ready to help write the playbook rather than just follow one, this is where you’ll grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Go Get It: Partner with ad sales teams to execute high-impact partnership strategies that exceed quarterly growth goals with a relentless bias for action.

  • Trip Obsessed: Act as the "Voice of the Customer," proactively identifying partner marketing goals and translating feedback into actionable product roadmaps that solve real-world needs.

  • See the Forest and the Trees: Manage the entire campaign lifecycle—from complex technical kick-offs to granular performance monitoring—ensuring every detail aligns with the partner's macro business objectives.

  • One Uber: Serve as an indispensable cross-functional lead, collaborating with Ad Ops, Product, and Insights to ensure seamless delivery and organizational alignment.

  • Build with Heart: Use your "Analytical A-Game" to deliver data-backed insights and creative recommendations that uncover upsell opportunities and drive long-term partner investment.

  • Great Minds Don’t Think Alike: Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate difficult partner conversations and unique business challenges with diverse perspectives.

  • Execution Excellence: Drive internal initiatives and help build best-practice playbooks that increase team efficiency and set the standard for "how we work" at Uber.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of full-time professional experience.

  • Account Management: Proven track record in end-to-end Large Customer Advertising Account Management and digital sales.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of performance and brand marketing media channels, ad products, and core measurement metrics.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scale & Complexity: Experience managing large-scale ad campaigns for complex, global enterprise brands and agency partners.

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Expert ability to flex analytical skills and utilize data (SQL/Tableau a plus) to quantify opportunities and influence executive decision-makers.

  • Speed & Resourcefulness: High learning agility and a "Go Get It" mentality to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity.

  • Exceptional Communication: Mastery in listening, negotiation, and organizational management to drive successful partner outcomes.
