About the Role

The Account Executive role is a phenomenal opportunity to demonstrate sales skills and abilities in order to expand the number of restaurants. We are looking for someone who is a natural at selling and knows where the best eats are in Mexico, passionate about food and who enjoys building the best partnerships.

Your primary focus will be bringing on new restaurants in different Cities that fit our partnership criteria and leverage your skills in pitching, negotiating and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success!

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and build partnerships with merchants in your geographic region
  • Acquire new restaurants through different channels and methodologies (Cold calling, cold mailing, social media, among others)..
  • Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our merchants, including balanced economics for both parties
  • Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products and projects.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key in-region partners
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets
  • Partner with our Operations and Account Managers to efficiently activate the best merchants
  • Help us identifying and building best practices
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product
  • Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
  • Give accompaniment to new partners during their setup period to guarantee an optimal onboarding experience.

What You'll Need

  • English proficiency
  • At least 3 years of experience prospecting and closing deals with potential partners
  • At least 3 years of proven track record at cold-calling and sales or similar roles (eg: Account Executive, SDR, Hunter, Customer Success Representative, BDR, Sales Consultant, etc)
  • Proven track record of closing 15–20+ deals per month or equivalent productivity.
  • Strong negotiation experience: pricing, incentives, and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Experience building your own pipeline, not just working assigned leads.
  • Ability to identify high-potential merchants using logic (location, category, demand fit).

  • Mastery of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) with excellent documentation habits.

  • Analytical mindset: ability to draw insights from data to prioritize and improve conversion.

  • Highly organized, structured, and disciplined.

  • Strategic thinker: balances volume targets with marketplace quality.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguity-heavy environments.

  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

  • Team-first mindset with a desire to improve processes and share best practices.

  • Availability to travel within the territory of your base city

  • Ability to build extraordinary customer relationships
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Ability to prioritize, and handle time efficiently
  • Have a positive, self-driven team-first mentality with a desire to learn
  • Work closely in a complex stakeholder environment with cross-functional teams to grow our business
