Consumer Growth Lead, Restaurants, Sweden
About the Role
The Consumer Growth team is looking for a Consumer Growth Lead to shape and execute the demand and consumer growth strategy for Sweden, serving as a key driver in positioning Uber Eats as the preferred food delivery platform in the market. The team leads high-impact initiatives spanning large-scale data analysis, structured problem-solving, product launches, and the end-to-end execution of growth programs that reach millions of Eaters.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with exceptional analytical capability, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to projects at a national scale.
In Sweden, you will act as a central connector across senior leadership, Strategy & Planning, Strategic Finance, and global growth teams. You will play a critical role in aligning and optimizing market growth initiatives with broader strategic objectives.
A strong understanding of P&L dynamics is essential. You must be able to assess how individual initiatives influence financial performance and ensure that growth efforts are tightly integrated with Sweden’s overall strategic and financial priorities.
The role requires both strategic perspective and operational execution. You should be comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on implementation, bringing a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset. A low-ego, collaborative approach and a strong ownership mentality are key to succeeding in this position.
