Client Partner, Uber Advertising - Travel / Financial Services
About the Role
Uber is looking for strategic sellers to join the Uber Advertising division. As an Client Partner within the Advertising org you will be responsible for building mutually helpful ads partnerships with our largest partners in within the Travel and Financial Services vertical. You will own the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of a growing suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with our Partner Managers to consistently deliver on our partners’ marketing objectives.

Trip Obsessed: Build deep relationships with C-level marketing executives, ensuring every campaign delivers maximum value for our partners and a seamless experience for our users.
See the Forest and the Trees: Employ critical thinking to navigate complex partner conversations, balancing immediate revenue needs with long-term strategic health.
One Uber: Act as an indispensable cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure we deliver unified solutions across Mobility and Delivery.
Build with Heart: Be the voice of the customer, translating partner feedback into actionable insights for our product roadmaps.
Great Minds Don’t Think Alike: Develop creative, scalable pitch narratives that differentiate Uber’s offerings and celebrate diverse perspectives in marketing.
Do the Right Thing: Foster transparent, high-integrity relationships with enterprise brands while wearing many hats to support your teammates and the broader business.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of full-time experience
Experience in end-to-end Enterprise or Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record of selling sophisticated advertising solutions to complex, global enterprise brands.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Strategic Execution: Ability to implement sales plans that drive mutual success for both partners and the Uber ecosystem.
Data-Driven Storytelling: Creative communicator capable of using data to quantify opportunities and influence executive decision-makers.
Learning Agility: High speed and resourcefulness; comfortable navigating ambiguity and pivoting in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Operational Excellence: Excellent negotiation, organizational, and listening skills with a relentless focus on "Execution Excellence."
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$102,000 per year - USD$113,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$113,000 per year - USD$126,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$113,000 per year - USD$126,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
