Enterprise Account Executive, Uber for Business

Would you like to work on a global scale to drive Uber’s growth by acquiring and expanding partnerships with Germany’s largest enterprises? As part of the Sales team, you will lead end-to-end sales cycles, from sourcing and qualifying strategic prospects to managing negotiations, contracting, and the successful activation of complex projects. Supported by the Sales Manager, you’ll own both inbound and outbound lead processes, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities. You’ll also collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Regional Rides teams to deliver tailored solutions that create long-term impact for our customers and Uber’s business.

About the role:

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing partnerships with new German Enterprise customers (5000+ employees).
  • Own and manage your sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic growth, delivering against quarterly targets while building enduring client relationships.
  • Communicate with influence across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to drive retention and expansion as new products and features are introduced.
  • Operate cross-functionally, taking on roles spanning sales strategy, lead generation, and account management to drive business impact.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and business drivers to articulate Uber’s differentiated value proposition and deliver tailored solutions.

About you:

  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience with Enterprise Organisations, in a Tech Sales environment.
  • English business fluent and German native language fluency
  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive Uber for Business solutions for varying customer needs
  • Strong use of insights and data-based decision-making to inform the sales process
  • Ability problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
  • Hospitality and Tourism Background
