WFM Enablement Specialist

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive continuous improvement through Global process standardization and centralization. The role involves ensuring that process changes are adopted effectively and implemented consistently. Key tasks include managing data availability, mitigating impact and risks, maintaining global resources and documentation, and ensuring alignment across regions and WFM teams.

What You'll Do

  1. Evaluate WFM roles and investigate process failures using data to identify root causes, inefficiencies, and trends for improvement.
  2. Track relevant project metrics (OKRs/KPIs) and promptly escalate roadblocks to ensure continuous contribution and momentum.
  3. Propose and execute methods to validate cost savings and the tangible value achieved through process improvement initiatives.
  4. Support the rollout of process enhancements based on quarterly reviews, findings, and collaborative leadership feedback.
  5. Create and maintain accurate WFM documentation, including playbooks, SOPs, and training materials, to institutionalize process changes.
  6. Maintain proactive, concise communication with all relevant stakeholders on project progress, risks, and status.
  7. Prepare detailed reports and data decks to present project updates and insights to the Leadership Team (e.g., MBR/QBR).
  8. Collaborate effectively within and across WFM teams to ensure consistency and successful outcomes for all optimization initiatives.

What You'll Need

  1. Graduate degree preferred.
  2. 2+ years of workforce management or forecasting experience
  3. 4+ of working in analytical or related experience, high-growth analytics or operations experience is a plus.
  4. Proven track record in project management.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business / Economics, or other quantitative fields
  2. Experience in working with Google Sheets/Excel and Google slides
  3. Strong customer-centric focus with demonstrated success in problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, planning, decision-making, and data analysis.
  4. Self-starter attitude is a must!
  5. SQL experience is a plus.
  6. Prior experience with Workforce Management software (e.g., NICE, IEX, Aspect, etc.) is a strong plus.
