About the Role

About the Team

Uber AI Solutions is a mini-startup within Uber building the next generation of work opportunities for our Earners on the Uber platform. You’ll join a fast-paced, ambitious group operating in ambiguity to meet rapidly growing customer demand in the AI space.

As a Sr TPM, you partner with passionate builders across Product, Engineering, Data/ML, Design, Operations, Legal, etc to deliver both technology and a durable business that will power the world's AI transformation. Your goal: ensure we’re building the right product features and making the right engineering investments—while bringing the team together to iterate quickly to market and customer needs.

We build like a startup, at Uber scale: rapid customer validation, clear hypotheses, tight experiment loops, and crisp launch-readiness gates. We favor crisp decision-making over ambiguity, metrics over myths, and 0→1 learning that scales to 1→n with reliability, compliance, and safety built in.

About the Role

We are looking for entrepreneurs and builders, that may be a little OCD, and know how to motivate people by bringing structure and organization, surfacing information at the right time, and at the right level of fidelity.

We want people who are curious and passionate about building technologies to unlock business, and who want to play a critical role in structuring and executing impactful org-wide initiatives to increase the effectiveness of our product and engineering organizations.

As a senior TPM, you move fluidly from the big picture to details so that the team can deliver complex and strategic cross-functional projects, often with tight deadlines. You are a bridge and a connector for the company, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and are able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects with ease. You are intuitive, focused, driven, organized, insightful, and productive. You break through communication issues and effectively develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You build trust across the organization. You are not afraid to be direct, but you strive to act with empathy and integrity.

Come join us in building the next unlock of knowledge work at Uber.
