Product Manager, Earner Marketplace Experience
The Earner team builds products to help our earners (drivers, couriers, shoppers) be successful on our platform. You will collaborate closely with your Science, Design, and Engineering partners to build and launch innovations that drive product adoption and efficiency. In addition, you will partner closely across other vertical teams like Marketplace collaborate on joint initiatives.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Define a long-term strategy and execute on product initiatives that create win-win opportunities for Earners and Uber
- Manage core experiences that drive feature adoption & retention through collaboration with Design and Research
- Build a deep understanding of how our marketplace operates to guide product thinking & strategy
- Incorporate competitive insights to inform corporate strategy, and ultimately product decisions
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements for rapid execution
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in a very data-driven and experimentation environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on a multi-sided marketplace is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make decisions accordingly.
- Fast execution mindset: Ability to iterate quickly, test hypotheses, and adapt based on results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across engineering, operations, and business teams.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$161,000 per year - USD$179,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
