About the Role

We are looking for a high-caliber Sales Operations lead to join our Delivery Commercial Operations, Global Delivery Partners (GDP) team as an individual contributor. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a primary strategic partner to GDP leadership across the globe. You are the architect of the commercial engine, supporting Account Managers and Sales Managers as they drive expansion and growth within our most critical global accounts.

The ideal candidate is a builder at heart—someone who thrives on solving complex problems with creative, scalable solutions. You will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, ensuring our global GTM strategies are operationalized for maximum impact.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Drive the Commercial Cadence: Own the implementation and execution of the global business rhythm. This includes leading forecasting, top-deal reviews, pipeline analysis, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
  2. Strategic GTM Design: Partner with leadership to devise local and global Go-To-Market strategies. You will analyze business trends to identify opportunities and design initiatives that catalyze growth.
  3. Process Engineering: Improve organizational tooling. You will be responsible for identifying operational friction and building the workflows—or implementing the technology—to remove it.
  4. Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Move beyond basic reporting to provide deep, quantitative analysis of sales performance. You’ll partner with our analytics team to develop evolving forecast models using cutting-edge methodologies to drive predictability in a volatile market. You will surface actionable insights.
  5. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, HR, Strategy & Planning, and other key points of contact. You will lead special projects that require buy-in from diverse stakeholders to move the needle on GDP outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  1. 5+ Years of Sales Operations or similar experience: Specifically supporting a divisional Sales Operations function within a large-scale sales organization
  2. GTM Expertise: Prior experience across the full commercial lifecycle, including variable compensation, sales forecasting, quota setting, and market segmentation
  3. Technical Toolkit: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and the Microsoft/Google productivity suites.

  4. Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 6+ Years of Experience: Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy in a high-growth B2B environment.
  2. Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a proven ability to deliver engaging presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
  3. Relationship Building: A track record of building deep, trust-based relationships with cross-functional partners in a global environment.
  4. Sales Background: 2–3 years of direct experience as an Account Manager or AE, providing you with a unique empathy for the sales cycle.
  5. Advanced Education: MBA or a Master’s degree in Economics, Math, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.

Data Sophistication: Advanced SQL skills and experience building complex, automated dashboards.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$146,000 per year - USD$162,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year.

For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$146,000 per year - USD$162,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
