Rate of Pay:                 $153,000 to $187,000 per year

Duties:                         Responsible for creating intuitive and impactful consumer-facing designs for the Offers team. Lead the design of experiences that connect users with personalized deals, discounts, and promotions, enhancing their journey across Uber products. Craft wireframes, high-quality visuals, conduct user research, and actively shaping the product roadmap. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms, prioritizing user-centric solutions and measurable outcomes. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressive,  post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires:

  1. Web and Interface Design;
  2. Web UI;
  3. UX, UE;
  4. Digital design software such as Adobe Creative/Suite/Sketch/Figma;
  5. Information architecture;
  6. User research;
  7. Qualitative and quantitative research;
  8. Drawing and sketching design solutions
