Operations & Logistics Sr Manager, Airports
About the Role
The role is responsible for all operations related to Airports and venues, from the rider and driver experience to pricing and partners management. The ideal candidate is a strategic, execution-driven operator with strong stakeholder management skills and experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Lead problem-solving for airport operations, identifying systemic risks and opportunities across airports, developing multiple solution paths, assessing tradeoffs, and driving recommendations that improve operational reliability and scalability
- Drive process optimization and standardization for airport operations, designing, implementing, and scaling core processes and performance frameworks across markets, while continuously monitoring results and iterating based on data
- Own operational and business performance for airports, monitoring key operational and financial metrics to inform priorities, define action plans, and influence strategic decisions through a deep understanding of business levers
- Manage relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for operational discussions, performance reviews, and issue resolution, while identifying opportunities to strengthen and evolve partnerships
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver execution, working closely with operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal teams to scope, test, and implement initiatives in complex, regulated environments
- Lead escalations and incident management for airport operations, coordinating stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, drive root-cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management roles. Experience working directly with external partners or operators, including negotiation, performance management, and issue resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Data-Driven mindset with experience using data to drive operational decisions and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability: Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Communication: Proficiency in Spanish and English; demonstrated ability to present data to various audiences in a succinct manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Data analysis tools: SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
- Experience in mobility technology companies.
