Account Manager - Hero SMB CDMX
Location: Mexico City (CDMX) – Frequent travel to Guadalajara, León, Cuernavaca and Aguascalientes required

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and senior professional to join our team in Mexico City. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, capable of driving business decisions and performance in alignment with corporate objectives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the León and Aguascalientes markets and will be responsible for managing and optimizing operations in these regions while maintaining headquarters responsibilities in CDMX.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute market strategies for León and Aguascalientes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and optimize sales and operational performance.
Develop actionable insights through advanced reporting, forecasting, and market trend analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to implement initiatives effectively.
Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the assigned territories.
Represent the company in high-level negotiations and strategic discussions.
Travel regularly to Guadalajara and other regions as required to oversee operations, build partnerships, and ensure execution excellence.
Required Qualifications:
Proven senior-level experience in relevant sectors, including León and Aguascalientes markets.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience, capable of operating at a senior decision-making level.
Ability to travel frequently to Guadalajara and work effectively across multiple locations.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
Preferred:
Experience leading high-impact projects with measurable business outcomes.
Background in FMCG, Personal Care, or related sectors (depending on your organization’s focus).
Advanced proficiency in analytical tools and business intelligence platforms.
