About the Role:
As a Product Operations Manager, you'll sit on Delivery Core Product Operations team and collaborate day-in and day-out with your fellow team leads (e.g., Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Product Designer, Data Scientist, Product Marketing Manager) to identify, scope, design, build, pilot, and launch products and features that will drive your team's objectives and key results and build outstanding end-user experiences!
Basic Qualifications
1. 5+ years experience in operations, business consulting, program or product management or similar analytical role
2. Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external customers
3. Deep analytical experience, ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions
4. Experience in a tech-first company, preferably in fast-paced and global environments
Preferred Qualifications
1. Masters Degree in Business, analytics, economics, engineering, or any similar quantitative field
2. Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting
3. Proven project management skills across large complex projects
4. Prior experience with product launches or market expansion
What the Candidate Will Do
1. Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise product improvement
2. Define the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy
3. Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org
4. Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product
5. Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle
6. Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation
7. Collaborate with key team members (legal, tax, policy, support, etc) to prepare products for launch
8. Track core business metrics related to the product
