What the Candidate Will Do

Be a thought partner and advisor to managers and employees on key people matters aligned with the business and talent strategy.

Develop tailored strategies when consulting with managers, offering guidance on career development, team dynamics, stakeholder navigation, performance, compensation, and other core HR themes.

Support business leaders in enhancing leadership capabilities through coaching and development initiatives.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver on business priorities using data, insights, process execution, and project leadership.

Partner with cross-functional People & Places (P&P) teams to resolve complex people issues and support HR projects and programs.

Lead or contribute to regional or global continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.

Maintain deep HR functional expertise in key policies, processes, and legal requirements to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of relevant experience as a generalist, advisor, or business partner within the human resources discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of related HR experience in generalist, advisory, or business partner roles.

Strong functional knowledge of global HR programs such as compensation, performance management, and leadership development.

Demonstrated experience coaching managers on complex people matters and strengthening their leadership skills.

Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to resolve complex and sensitive HR issues by identifying root causes rather than focusing on symptoms.

Proven effectiveness in partnering and collaborating with other teams to deliver a consistent employee experience.

Solid understanding of employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
