Head of US&C Restaurant Advertising Sales & Account Management
About the Role
Over the past two years, Uber has built a rapidly growing Uber Ads division, helping advertisers unlock the power of our Mobility and Delivery platforms across 32 markets. Our mission is to connect brands with our highly engaged users in relevant, effective ways — all while enhancing the user experience and driving real business outcomes.
The Restaurant Ads business is a cornerstone of this vision. From local favorites to national chains, restaurants rely on Uber to reach customers when and where it matters most. As this space matures, we’re looking for an experienced leader to scale and evolve our restaurant advertising strategy across the USC region (U.S. & Canada).
As Head of USC Restaurant Advertising Sales & Account Management, you will be responsible for overseeing an established and growing a team of sales and account management professionals, focused on helping restaurants — from small businesses to enterprise brands — drive revenue through Uber Ads. You’ll build on our momentum, refine go-to-market approaches, unlock deeper partnerships, and lead your team to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
What You'll Do
- Own the USC restaurant ads sales and account management strategy, with a strong emphasis on growth, retention, and advertiser satisfaction.
- Lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, Account Managers & Demand Gen Specialists serving both Enterprise and SMB restaurant clients.
- Drive continued revenue growth and operational maturity by developing strong client relationships and creating repeatable, data-backed sales motions.
- Collaborate with Global Ads Sales leadership and USC Delivery leaders to align on revenue targets, sales structure, and regional execution.
- Shape go-to-market plans and collateral in partnership with Ads Global Partnership Solutions, ensuring a consistent message across external channels and field teams.
- Inform product strategy by working closely with the Ads Business Leads & Ads Leadership — advocating for features and solutions that enhance advertiser outcomes across awareness, trial, and conversion.
- Champion internal efficiency by enhancing tools, reporting, and performance tracking that support team success.
