About the Role

We are looking for goal-oriented, highly motivated individuals to join our SMB Account Management team, supporting a broad portfolio of restaurant partners.

As an SMB Account Manager, you’ll be at the center of helping our partners thrive on the Uber Eats platform—driving strategic conversations, identifying growth opportunities, and improving operational health.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a high-value book of business: Manage a portfolio of SMB restaurants with a focus on operational excellence, revenue growth, and product adoption.

  • Drive strategic growth: Develop account plans, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and support product adoption and location expansion.

  • Leverage data: Use Uber’s analytics tools to track key metrics, uncover trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role

  • Proven success in building strong client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes

  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage complex conversations

  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in performance-based roles with clear goals and targets

  • Background in F&B, SaaS, or e-commerce industries

  • Proficient in analyzing data and making actionable recommendations

  • Experience managing SMB accounts

  • Ability to sell marketing solutions, introduce new products, and negotiate business terms
