Program Manager, Delivery Sales Training
About the Team
At Uber, we believe great learning fuels great performance. The Global Commercial Training & Enablement team exists to help our sales and account teams thrive—from day one, and every day after. We build programs that make sure our people feel confident, capable, and ready to drive meaningful results across our Delivery business.
Our mission is clear: equip Uber’s commercial teams with the tools, training, and support they need to grow their careers—and the business.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Training & Enablement Specialist to bring clarity, confidence, and impact to how our commercial teams across Restaurant, Retail, Direct, and Ads learn and perform.
You’ll lead the implementation of regional enablement programs across LatAm, working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to deliver effective onboarding, product education, skills development, and go-to-market support.
This role reports to the Head of Sales Training & Enablement, LatAm, and partners with country and global leaders to ensure every commercial team member gets what they need to succeed—strategically, practically, and personally.
If you're passionate about helping others grow, love building training from scratch, and enjoy balancing people and process, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
Lead the rollout of high-impact training programs across LatAm: from onboarding and sales skills to partner management and product knowledge.
Collaborate with key teams (Sales, Ops, Product, HR, and more) to understand learning needs and align enablement efforts with business priorities.
Help design and deliver engaging training sessions—both live and virtual—that connect tools, knowledge, and real-world application.
Build and maintain learning content in partnership with our global instructional design team.
Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to ensure teams have up-to-date info and resources.
Define performance goals for your programs and measure impact through clear, actionable data.
Respond to ad-hoc training and content needs from Commercial and Ops teams—prioritizing where you’ll drive the most value.
Build relationships across teams to surface internal best practices and scale them across regions.
Always put the learner first—focus on usefulness, clarity, and driving confidence.
What You’ll Need
3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar commercial role.
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English—you’ll be working across countries and cultures every day.
Experience in sales training or learning & development environments.
Strong communication skills—you’re clear, empathetic, and able to distill complexity into action.
Strong project management skills: organized, fast-moving, and detail-oriented.
Curiosity, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
Experience coaching or developing others is a plus.
Experience building training content (live and e-learning formats) is a strong plus.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Suite, and enablement tools is a bonus.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, work with us, and let’s move the world forward, together.
