Franchisee Account Manager, Uber Eats - France
About the Role
As a Franchisee Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will be responsible for a portfolio of franchised restaurants across France. Your mission: build strong relationships with each partner, support them in reaching their goals, and identify concrete levers to grow their business on the platform.
You will serve as the main point of contact for your accounts: monitoring performance, providing tailored recommendations, implementing Uber Eats solutions aligned with their business needs, and coordinating with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Product) to move initiatives forward.
The goal: create value on both sides, for our partners and for the platform, by combining a deep understanding of the field with business insight.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the key commercial contact for your franchisees
Build strong and lasting business relationships with your partners. Listen actively and provide strategic guidance to help them grow their delivery operations.
Define a commercial strategy
Co-create a growth strategy with your partners and implement initiatives through effective marketing recommendations, menu optimization, operations improvement, and more.
Leverage available data
Use Uber’s data to identify opportunities and blind spots, prioritize them based on potential impact, build a compelling case for your restaurant partners, and analyze the results of implemented solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams
Gather and synthesize feedback from franchisees to provide headquarters with clear insights into the delivery landscape.
Develop deep knowledge of the restaurant industry
Be an ambassador for the Uber Eats mission, brand, and products.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in account management, customer relations, or a relevant commercial role.
Languages: Excellent French in a technical environment; professional proficiency in English.
Relationship and negotiation skills: Ability to clearly articulate a value proposition, demonstrate the mutual benefits of a partnership, handle objections, and overcome barriers to secure partner commitment.
Motivation and passion for supporting franchisees and growing their business alongside them.
Preferred Skills
Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
Strategic mindset and ability to understand restaurant needs to unlock opportunities and solve problems creatively.
Time management and organization: ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize based on impact.
