The Global Delivery Partnerships (GDP) team doesn't just manage relationships; we build the future of food delivery alongside the world’s most iconic brands. We sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with enterprise giants to redefine what’s possible on the Uber platform.
As a Senior Account Manager, you are the "CEO" of one of our largest global enterprise accounts. This isn’t about maintenance, it’s about mastery. You’ll own the commercial roadmap, influence our global product suite, and bridge the gap between Uber’s innovation and our partner’s biggest ambitions. What You Will Do
- Own the North Star: Lead end-to-end strategy for a premier enterprise account, turning high-level goals into aggressive, measurable growth.
- Architect the Roadmap: Develop multi-channel business plans that pull every lever, from marketing to product integration, to crush revenue targets.
- Drive Cross-Functional Excellence: Act as the ultimate connector between Product, Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure our partners get the best of Uber.
- Influence at the Top: Build deep, trust-based relationships, becoming a sought-after advisor for our partner’s executive team.
- Innovate the Partnership: Lead high-stakes commercial discussions that cement Uber’s status as the preferred partner for global restaurant systems.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience and Impact: You have a proven track record or 8+ years in enterprise account management, partnerships, or BD within high-growth environments.
- Executive Presence: You’re comfortable leading a room of C-suite stakeholders and can navigate complex, matrixed organizations with ease.
- Data as a Language: You don't just "use" data; you use it to tell a story, influence strategy, and drive commercial outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Depth: You know the ins and outs of Food Delivery, QSR, or large-scale retail.
- Model Mastery: You have a deep understanding of Delivery-as-a-Service (1P) and Marketplace (3P) dynamics.
- Growth Mindset: You’ve successfully led Joint Business Planning (JBP) and know how to scale performance marketing initiatives.
- Complexity Specialist: You have a knack for simplifying the complex and moving fast in a world of moving parts.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
