Uber is just getting started. We are already the global leader in mobility, yet we have significant room to grow. As the Senior Product Operations Manager for 3P Integrations, you will drive this growth by enabling Uber’s largest and most impactful strategic partnerships. This is a high-visibility, "0-to-1" charter within the Rider team that is pivotal to Uber’s long-term mission.
The objective of Product Operations is to ensure the right products are built and to own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operationalization of Mobility products. As the business leader within the product team, Product Operations drives scale, growth, and operational excellence for the global Mobility business.
This role focuses specifically on the 3P Integrations (Third-Party Integrations) charter. As a core part of our strategy, we are creating partnerships to extend Uber's reach outside of our mobile apps and inviting partners into our apps to build richer experiences. Uber is already working with key strategic partners like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Amazon (Alexa+), Tencent (WeChat), and iFood. . You will be the primary architect for building scalable, repeatable frameworks that allow Uber to integrate with any partner globally at speed and drive execution at a global scale.
This role reports to the Head of Product Operations for the Rider Growth team.

- GTM Strategy & Execution: Create principled framework and drive GTM for 3P deals, moving from internal testing to production and scaling across diverse geographies.
- Systems & Processes: Lead the design and implementation of scalable operating processes that streamline workflows across internal teams and external partners, reducing administrative friction and enabling faster, more reliable execution.
- Stakeholder Influencing : Drive outcomes in highly matrixed environments by influencing without authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals, and converting ambiguity into clear decisions and forward momentum.
- Product Performance & Analytics: Own product observability by partnering with Data Science to establish measurable success metrics and deliver scalable, real-time reporting that directly informs strategic decisions and roadmap evolution.
- Champion Program Governance: Establish "Source of Truth" (SOT) documentation and governance frameworks (e.g., RAPID) to drive information symmetry and streamline decision-making between Tech, Ops, and Business Development.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure partners in Operations, Legal, Tax, Policy, and Support are informed & aligned on objectives and unblock tech rollouts.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in operations, business consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience working within tech roles across global businesses and projects

- Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups and align functional partners (Engineering, Product, BD, and Ops).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use data to inform critical decisions, track core business metrics, and identify problem areas post-launch.
- Product Lifecycle Expertise: Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from initial deal conception and platform capability scoping to GTM execution.
- Process Excellence: Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of creating scalable playbooks and documentation for complex, distributed programs.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate regular updates to Executive Leadership on product vision and progress.
