About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Associate to join the Uber Ads Delivery Commercial Operations (Ads DCO) team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact insights role focused on turning large datasets into crisp, executive-ready narratives for Uber Ads’ Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership. You will be the person we rely on for high-priority strategic tasks, building quick-turn models, structuring narratives, and crafting high-quality executive slides that influence decisions across a multi-billion-dollar P&L.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Insights: Deliver rapid-turnaround insights and models in response to leadership requests and own the analytical backbone for weekly, biweekly, MBR, and QBR forums.
  • Narrative Building: Translate complex data into simple, business-oriented stories that drive GTM decisions for Directors and VPs.
  • Analytical Modeling: Build quick-turn analyses and agile business models using the Ads data warehouse, partnering cross-functionally with Data and Analytics Engineering.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Align with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams on data sources and assumptions while challenging existing assumptions when necessary.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 3+ years in strategy-oriented, insights-heavy roles such as Management Consulting, Strategy/BizOps, FP&A, Sales Operations, RevOps, or Data Analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Strong SQL (comfortable pulling and joining datasets from a warehouse) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Communication: Strong Google Slides/Presentation skills with the ability to create polished, executive-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Data Literacy: Solid understanding of data modeling and database schemas, with the ability to navigate a data warehouse and manipulate raw tables.
  • Executive Presence: Proven experience building executive-facing materials such as MBRs, QBRs, and ELT decks.
  • Environment: Experience operating in fast-paced, dynamic, and stakeholder-heavy environments.
  • Analytical Agility: Ability to create fast, accurate analyses even when data is imperfect.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
