Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation
About the Role
We're looking for a Program Manager (L4) to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that streamline operations and support finance-critical programs. This role sits on the Enterprise Transformation team within the Finance organization (CAO), which leads initiatives that align systems, processes, and decision-making across teams to drive operational clarity and support Uber’s long-term growth.
You’ll lead programs that cut across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations—working at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution. These initiatives often focus on improving financial visibility, data integrity, and operational alignment. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong cross-functional partnerships, and drives clarity, accountability, and results in complex environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead transformation programs that improve how Uber operates across systems, processes, and teams—focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and cross-functional alignment
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, collaborating with partners in Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations
- Develop project plans, define goals and milestones, and manage execution across workstreams and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve data quality, and strengthen collaboration between teams and systems
- Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and value capture to ensure impact is measurable and sustained
- Support business case development and contribute to recommendations for leadership
- Support change management efforts to enable successful roll-out and long-term adoption of new tools and processes
- Collaborate with FinTech, BizTech, and Engineering to help translate business needs into system or tooling requirements
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years in finance transformation, consulting, strategic operations, or a similar role with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving systems, processes, and multiple stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with finance-adjacent processes (e.g., revenue operations, billing, compliance, or forecasting workflows)
- Experience driving process improvements or systems alignment in complex environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to drive alignment and execution in matrixed organizations
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, marketplaces, or other high-growth, platform-driven businesses
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or internal finance tooling
- Consulting experience or demonstrated strength in structured problem-solving and program leadership
