About the Role

Our field sales team is focused on expanding Uber Eats’ presence by bringing the best local independent restaurants onto the platform. As part of the Northern Acquisition team, leading our efforts in Scotland, you’ll have the chance to directly impact the restaurant selection on Uber Eats by building strong relationships and setting partners up for success. What you'll do:

  • Pipeline Ownership: Curate and own your sales pipeline, utilizing local knowledge to expand restaurant selection across diverse cuisine types.

  • End-to-End Sales: Close deals with restaurant partners by leading the entire sales process to drive their business growth.

  • Contract Negotiation: Manage negotiations to establish strong partnerships with sustainable economics for both parties.

  • Value Communication: Clearly articulate the value of Uber Eats and its latest products to help partners reach new goals.

  • Process Innovation: Help craft and redesign processes to ensure Uber Eats can move quickly and succeed at a large scale.

What you'll need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 1 year of professional sales experience with a results-oriented and proactive "hustle" mindset.

  • Communication & Persuasion: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.

  • Industry & Technical Knowledge: Experience in the food delivery or hospitality industry is a plus, as is proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

  • Cultural Fit: A team-player attitude with a positive spirit and the energy to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
