About the Role

As the Premium Products Manager, you will be the operational owner of Uber’s high-value rider experience in Mexico. You will drive the growth, quality, and performance of our Premium portfolio, ensuring we deliver a world-class experience for our most discerning users.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between marketplace data and on-the-ground excellence. From optimizing vehicle quality at key transit hubs to preparing our Premium footprint for high-visibility international events and seasonal peaks, you will ensure Uber remains the gold standard for high-value travelers in the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Portfolio Strategy & Execution: Own the localized roadmap for Premium products in Mexico, identifying growth levers to expand our high-value user base and increase engagement
  • Quality & Reliability Standards: Set and monitor the Gold Standard for Premium. You will lead initiatives to elevate vehicle quality, earner engagement, and reliability metrics for our top-tier products
  • Event & Hub Operations: Serve as the lead for Premium operations at high-traffic venues (Airports, Major Hubs, and Hotels), designing a seamless arrival and departure experience
  • Marketplace Insights: You will translate complex data into localized tactics to solve supply-demand imbalances and improve product reliability
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with our cross functional partners to build a cohesive Premium narrative that resonates with the local market while navigating regulatory nuances

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Operations, Category Management, or Strategy within high-growth tech, consulting, or fast-paced corporate environments
  • Data-Driven Acumen: Ability to drive strategic decisions through insights and a strong understanding of marketplace KPIs
  • Operational Excellence: A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable moving from a spreadsheet to the field to understand and solve for product friction
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and present performance updates to regional leadership
  • Customer Obsession: A refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of what a Premium service entails for a high-value customer

  • Large-Scale Logistics: Previous experience managing complex operations for large-scale activations or luxury-tier services
  • Language: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Data analysis tools: SQL, Python, and visualization tools
