Senior Account Manager, Global and Strategic Accounts, Uber Eats, Poland
About the Role
Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise (Poland)
At Uber, we don’t just move people; we move the world. As a Strategic Account Manager within our Enterprise/Global team, you are the face of Uber Eats to our most significant partners. This isn't about maintaining the status quo or following a generic playbook—it's about building long-term, high-stakes partnerships in a market that moves at breakneck speed.
You’ll own the growth and success of a massive portfolio, navigating the messy reality of shifting priorities and complex internal dynamics to unlock real value. This role is for a resilient, resourceful builder who finds energy in ambiguity and isn't afraid to own the outcome of a tough C-level negotiation. If you are motivated by tangible impact and have the grit to drive excellence under real-world pressure, this is where you’ll grow.
What You’ll Do
Build and grow deep, long-term partnerships with executive decision-makers, moving beyond transactional selling to become a trusted strategic advisor.
Navigate the messiness of complex account portfolios, identifying growth levers like new business models or menu innovations while managing the day-to-day pressure of performance targets.
Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations, using data and intuition to secure investments in advertising and loyalty initiatives, even when faced with tough objections.
Influence without authority by collaborating across marketing, product, and legal teams to unblock obstacles and deliver solutions that scale for your partners.
Own your strategy end-to-end, from mining data for ROI-positive insights to troubleshooting production-level operational issues that impact your partner's experience.
Drive clarity at speed, turning unstructured market trends into actionable execution plans that help your partners stay ahead of the competition.
Basic Qualifications
5-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, account/project management, or startup operations.
Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel skills and a data-driven approach to solving business problems.
Experience in project management, with a proven ability to deliver on KPIs and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Systems Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" of the food and retail ecosystem while maintaining a hands-on, proactive mindset.
Adaptability in Ambiguity: Proven track record of making smart decisions and bringing structure to fluid, fast-changing environments.
Stakeholder Influence: Experience navigating large, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients, ideally within the tech or food sectors.
Technical Curiosity: Familiarity with SQL or an interest in how complex technical systems power real-world marketplace dynamics.
