Request a taxi in Barbechat with Uber
To give you the best possible experience, Uber is adding a mobility option: taxis are now available from the app. With Uber Taxi, it's easy to find a taxi when you need one.
How does the Uber taxi service work in Barbechat?
It's very simple: in just a few steps, order your taxi and benefit from a simplified pickup service with access to bus lanes, at the taximeter rate.
Request Uber Taxi
Open the Uber app and enter your destination in the "Where are you going?" box. Check that the pickup and destination addresses are correct, review the price range estimate,* then select Uber Taxi. Once you're matched with a driver, you'll see their photo and vehicle details, as well as their position on the map.
Start your trip
Before you get onboard, check that the vehicle details match those shown in the app and that the driver activates the taximeter. Your driver already knows your destination and the quickest route to get there, but you can always ask them to take another route.
Arrive at your destination
The driver will enter the price calculated by the taximeter, which will automatically be debited from your payment method registered on the App, unless you have selected cash payment. Don't forget to rate your trip, so that all Uber users can enjoy safe and pleasant rides. If you wish, you can also tip the driver in cash or directly via the App.

Why choose Uber Taxi?
Easy pickups and fast journeys
Reserved areas at airports and train stations make it easy to be picked up and dropped off. Thanks to taxi access to bus lanes, your journeys are also quick.
A pre-trip price estimate
The taximeter fitted to each taxi regulates the price of a taxi trip. Before you set off, you'll get an estimate of your price, so you can travel with complete peace of mind. With the Uber app, payment is simple and hassle-free: pay for your taxi directly in the app, or in cash.
Rider ratings
As with VTC drivers with Uber, you can rate taxi drivers and comment on your trips with them. Ratings help Uber deliver a positive experience for passengers and drivers. That's why they're so important to us. Our support team can help you with any problems 24/7.
