Easily tailor Uber One to your business
Step 1: Company setup
Work with our team of experts to customize an Uber One program for your company. Admins will then set up their dashboard to automate employee invitations and manage the program moving forward.
Step 2: Employee signup
Each employee will receive an email invitation to join the program. To accept, employees will follow the link in the email to download or sign in to their Uber or Uber Eats app on mobile or web.
Step 3: Ready. Set. Go!
Once accepted, employees will be able to access Uber One benefits on eligible meals, rides, and more placed on their business and personal orders.

- How do employees redeem their Uber One memberships?
Any employees added to the program will receive an email to claim their Uber One membership. Once an employee creates an Uber account, they can redeem and use their membership on web or mobile through the Uber or Uber Eats app.
- Are Uber One benefits available globally?
Uber One is currently available in the United States, with plans to expand globally. As of now, Uber One benefits are limited to the US and will not apply to any Uber app requests made while outside of the country.
- Does the Uber One membership apply to all orders and rides?
Uber One benefits are available for eligible stores marked with the Uber One icon in the app. Member pricing is guaranteed for all eligible rides, not including rides booked 30 minutes or more in advance or shared rides. View additional membership terms and conditions here.
- What is the cost of Uber One?

- How does my company get billed for Uber One memberships?
The company will only be billed for the memberships that are claimed by employees and will get billed monthly per its dashboard setup. There is no upfront payment for Uber One memberships.
¹Your complimentary Uber One membership with Uber for Business will expire 1 year from the date of redeeming your offer. At the end of your free trial, you authorize Uber to charge €5.99 per month on any payment method on your account, and monthly thereafter, based on the terms, until you cancel.
You may cancel your Uber One membership by tapping Account in your app and scrolling to the Uber One section at any time before your next scheduled billing to avoid further charges. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next renewal day, you may see a charge that will be automatically refunded. You can also contact support to cancel. Use of Uber One is governed by the terms.
Benefits available only for eligible stores marked with the Uber One icon. 12€ minimum order to receive 0€ Delivery Fee and up to 50% off Service Fee, from eligible restaurants and merchants. The amount corresponding to the Service Fee discount is visible at checkout and varies notably depending on basket value. For orders being delivered by merchants themselves, the reduction applies on the Uber Marketplace Fee, under the same conditions as the Service Fee discount for orders delivered by Uber. Benefits are not available for pick up orders.
Receive up to 10% of your trip fare as Uber One credits on eligible rides marked with the Uber One icon. Uber One credits are valid for 60 days from the date they are issued and cannot be used after your subscription expires. Uber One credits are calculated based solely on the fare charged for your ride, excluding any Uber One credits used to pay for that ride, and excluding tips, fees (such as tolls), or any surcharges resulting for instance from adjustments to the original route. Uber One credits earned from a trip cannot be used to pay for that same trip.
