SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REQUESTING VTC TRANSPORT SERVICES IN CATALONIA AND THE REGION OF VALENCIA (SPAIN) THROUGH UBER

We are Uber B.V., a limited liability company incorporated in the Netherlands, with registered office at Burgerweeshuispad 301, 1076 HR, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 56317441. You can contact us at help.uber.com.

1. The purpose of this document is to regulate the specific terms and conditions that will apply when You request Third Party Services consisting of vehicle with driver (VTC) leasing services in the autonomous communities of Catalonia and the Region of Valencia (Spain) through Uber B.V.’s mobile applications or websites.
2. The General Terms and Conditions of Use - Spain of Uber B.V. shall be of subsidiary application to the terms and conditions contained herein.
3. By accepting these Specific Terms and Conditions for the Request of VTC Transportation Services in Catalonia and the Region of Valencia (Spain) through Uber, You will be concluding a transportation contract with a duration of one year, automatically renewable for periods of equal duration, with each of the holders of VTC authorizations included in the Annex to these Terms and Conditions. The holders of the VTC authorizations included in said Annex have accepted that the above-referred transportation contracts between them and You take effect at the time You accept these Terms and Conditions.
