Whether you drive long-distance or take several shorter trips across your city, being on the road for extended periods can take its toll. We’re here to help! Try these simple, but effective tips to take control of your ride while in the driver’s seat:

Take a break
Pull over and stretch your legs every few hours, even if you don’t feel like you need to.

Stay alert
Be extra cautious when driving between 2am – 4am, as this is when your body most likely needs to sleep.

Know your limits
If you’re fatigued, call it a day. Driving when you’re tired only slows down your response time.

Wellness 101
Take care of yourself. Ensure that you eat regularly, drink enough water and get enough sleep.

Keep it legal
Stay alert, even when you’re driving a familiar route. Always pay attention to road signs, traffic and driving conditions.
