Unable to find the customer

If you can’t find the customer at their location, and you try to contact them twice through phone and chat, a countdown timer will start. Once the countdown timer is over, you don’t have to contact support anymore. By following this process, you will still receive payment for the order.

Remember to collect the pin from the customers/eaters when delivering their order if prompted.

Alcohol order

Once the countdown timer has ended,  return the alcoholic beverages back to the merchant.  If you follow the process, you will be paid for the order.  

If you no longer want to deliver alcoholic beverages, you have the option to opt-out. Simply contact support and request to be excluded from delivering alcohol.

Uber Direct orders

For Uber Direct orders, if the countdown timer ends and you are unable to reach the customer despite multiple phone calls, please return the order to the store if it is from Zulzi, Avo, or Pedros stores. However, for KFC Direct deliveries, please mark the trip as unsuccessful and discard the order.
