WHAT IS uberXL?
uberXL is another low-cost Uber option that uses the same Uber app to connect you with a six seater vehicle!
HOW DO I REQUEST uberXL?
- Open up your Uber app and you’ll see two vehicle options to choose from: uberX and uberBLACK
- Toggle over to uberX and select uberXL to give it a try
- Set your pickup location and tap the “Request uberXL” button
- Shoot us some feedback via the in-app rating screen after your trip
WHAT ARE THE RATES?
Distance: R7/KM
Time: R0.70/Min
Base Fare: R20
Minimum Fare: R30
Cancellation Fee: R25
WHAT KIND OF CAR CAN I EXPECT?
At the moment, you can expect a Toyota Avanza or equivalent.
CAN I STILL FARE SPLIT?
