Out-of-stock items

Upon reaching the merchant, if they inform you that they are unable to fulfil the order due to an item being out of stock, it is their responsibility to contact the customer and provide an update on the order. If the merchant is unable to complete the order, they should be the ones to cancel it.

Another delivery person collected the order

In the event that you arrive at the restaurant and discover that another delivery person has already picked up the order, we kindly request your assistance in cancelling the order by contacting support.

Contact Support to cancel the order

To prevent any issues with the system and avoid requesting more delivery people to pick up the same order, please contact support to cancel the order on your behalf, instead of cancelling it yourself.
