On February 16, the new modern Center of partner driver connection and consultation officially opened in Kyiv.
Although this new, contemporary center has appeared only this month, Uber team has been providing consultation to partner drivers from the first day the service launched in Ukraine – 600 days already! Most active drivers took part in the first round table together with employees of Uber office in Kyiv, where they could share the ideas and discuss the improvement of online and offline communication with partner drivers.
Participants also had an opportunity to learn about recent features launched for drivers, such as new Select and Van features and tips, and raise all acute questions. There were pleasant surprises as well. Drivers with highest ratings were awarded with certificates for fuel provided by Fishka partner.
After the official part was over, all event participants had the opportunity to chat and share their impressions of the discussion.
Yuri, an Uber driver, is engaged in the raspberry export and works with Uber when he has some free time: “In the past, I’ve been working for government, got some promotions, and know on my own example that the workshops help to improve the interaction between the teams (and in our case, the communication between our partner drivers and Uber). For me it’s important to be heard. It was useful to talk to colleagues, to hear some stories from their experience. My impressions are totally positive.”
Uber Ukraine team will continue to provide consultations to partner drivers in order to enhance their cooperation with Uber and to improve Uber app users experience.
